Is the free version really free?

Yes, it’s a free product that we hope will help providers get a bit of time back. There’s no expiry, no card required – and you can lodge real reports on it for as long as you like.

What’s the difference between the free and paid versions?

The free version covers manual daily attestation and month-end spreadsheet uploads, plus lodgement to the Department. The paid version automates coverage capture and gap detection by connecting directly to your workforce system.

We already have a rostering system. Doesn’t it do this?

Your rostering system tells you who was scheduled. 24/7 RN turns that into a compliant monthly submission, highlights the gaps you need to justify, and keeps an auditable record you can hand to the regulator.

How many homes can we add?

As many as you need. There’s no cap on facilities in either the free or the paid version.

How long does setup take?

The free version is ready to use immediately. Connecting a workforce system for the automated version is a one-off setup that our team supports, and it usually takes a few days.

Who in our organisation needs to be involved in setup?

For the free version, just the person who lodges your reports. For the automated version, someone who can authorise a connection to your rostering or timesheet system.
