Loop submits directly through the Aged Care B2G channel using your PRODA device. No CSV exports, no manual portal uploads. The B2G receipt is captured and stored against the submission record.

Which QI Program indicators are supported?

Loop IQ prefills up to 70% of QI Program indicators directly from your clinical, medication management and workforce management systems—no manual entry required. Support for the remaining indicators, including Quality of Life and Consumer Experience, is in the works.

How does it handle multiple facilities?

Loop IQ uses a single login per provider, giving you access to every facility under that provider. Manage submissions across all of them from one place, with secure credentials ensuring each report reaches the correct facility.

What happens to our historical submissions?

Submissions made through Loop IQ are retained in line with Australian data retention requirements and stay accessible within the platform whenever you need them. Any submissions you previously uploaded directly to GPMS remain available there.
